What is the cost of delivery?
This varies for different products. The applicable shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process.
What happens if your parcel cannot be delivered to you?
If the carrier attempts to deliver an item to you that requires the recipient's signature, and no-one is available to sign for the item, the carrier will leave a 'Card to Call' at the delivery address. This card details when the delivery was attempted, the item number as well as what the receiver needs to do to arrange redelivery of the item.
HINT: You could provide your work address to minimise delay or any inconvenience.
How can I track my YESSHOP order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from YESSHOP notifying you of your tracking reference number. If you are unable to track your parcel, please contact YESSHOP Customer Services.

In the event of circumstances beyond our control, where you have received a damaged or faulty product; or a product that differs to your original order, then we will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. We will refund you the postage paid for return shipment once received by YESSHOP.

Send the item back to us within 30 days, in accordance with the terms of our Returns Policy (see Returns Terms & Conditions) and we will either; replace the product, send you a credit voucher or refund its purchase price, within 30 days after we receive your product.

Our returns policy is in addition to your legal rights. As such, we trust that all returns are made in good faith. If, however, YESSHOP has reason to believe that this policy is being abused or that a return is otherwise not being made in good faith for whatever reason, subject to satisfying our statutory obligations, we reserve the right to refuse to accept any returns under this policy. If this applies YESSHOP's decision will be final.

Returns Terms & Conditions
  1. 1. For TV products, contact our Call Centre on 0800 55 22 33 to advise the reason for return. We have the right to refuse to accept any returns if our Call Centre has not been contacted prior.

  2. 2. For online products, refer to the Supplier Terms & Conditions of sale related directly to the product, and contact the Supplier directly. Supplier contact details can be found on the Description tab for the product.

  3. 3. If the product is deemed damaged or faulty, or the product you received differs to your original order; please email a photo of the issue to help@yesshop.co.nz. Once the issue has been verified the Call Centre will contact you to arrange a ‘return courier label’ for the return of your product. If returning a product under these circumstances, you must use the ‘return courier label’; otherwise YESSHOP will not refund your shipping costs.

  4. 4. YESSHOP must receive your return within 30 days from the date of dispatch and :
    • a. The goods must be in its original condition and packaging (unless received damaged or faulty) with all product components included.
    • b. Together with original proof of purchase and;
    • c. Returned with the original product tags in place and in original condition. Products that have been worn or otherwise damaged will not be accepted.

  5. 5. Include the original packing slip with the returned product. If you do not have the original packing slip please include one of the following:
    • a. Copy of your delivery confirmation email or;
    • b. Your online purchase receipt displayed during checkout or;
    • c. Include the following information: first name, surname, web order number or sales order number, product you are returning.

  6. 6. You must pre-pay the postage and you will assume any and all risk of loss, theft or damage to goods during return transit.

  7. 7. Return Postage Fee
    • A postage charge on returns is not refundable unless the product is deemed to be faulty or damaged.
    • The cost of your return will be credited to your account once YESSHOP deems that the product is faulty, incorrectly sent or damaged.

If you do not comply with the above terms and conditions we may, at our discretion, refuse to accept the return or provide you with a replacement or refund.

Nothing in this policy should be interpreted as affecting any legal rights regarding refunds and returns (for example, damaged or faulty products), in particular, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.

These terms and conditions may be altered at any stage, we recommend you read these terms and conditions carefully each time you agree to them during the ordering process. All orders are subject to the terms and conditions current at the time you placed your order.
Non-Refundable Items
Some items available for purchase on our website cannot be returned for a refund, unless they are damaged or faulty and you are entitled to a refund under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

  1. Non-Refundable Items include:
    • • Pierced jewellery (such as earrings).
    • • Cosmetics, fragrances, skincare and bodycare products.
    • • Underwear and intimates.
    • • Swimwear.
    • • Personalised or customised products.
    • • Food and other perishable products.
Refunds
Your refund will be processed in the same way that you paid for your purchase. For instance, if you paid by credit card, the same credit card will be refunded.
